Yes, we absolutely do. We have specialized counsellors who work with adolescents and children 9 years or older.
At this time, we only offer virtual sessions. This allows you to: 1) work with some of the best therapists in the province, 2) do so from the comfort of your own home and 3) save yourself the time in commuting.
Each individual is unique with their own needs and journey. However, in general, we recommend 5-6 sessions to make change, at which point we re-assess.
